Hello Monday,

Is anyone reading Bob Dylan's Chronicles, Vol. 1?? We are still digesting.  The glowing book reviews are about 4 pages long and they all seem extra poetic and unusually inspired.  It appears that many in the book review world are starving for great stories and they finally found one to rave about.  Aren't we all really?  Pick it up and let us know what you think of it.

Hopefully, we have jogged your Dylan memory bank so give that guy an add to your favorite band list if your a fan. 

BAGeL Radio rules Fridays

glad it's friday?  us too.  although Fridays have become a lot more interesting with some help from ted @ BAGeL Radio . we first heard about BAGeL Radio from our friends Itsawhale and some of the other bay area bands we have been getting to know. it looks like ted is getting some nice mentions in the press too from little publications like Wired Magazine. 

Anyways, on today's show ted is asking everyone to check out his blog and post like mad....so stop what you are doing, tell the boss you've got to do something very important, what ever, go do it right now!
 

What's New?

- Check out the Wall of Sound!
It is inspired by the experience of browsing through music at a record store (Waterloo in Austin comes to mind)
- We have improved the artist ordering feature so make sure to update your top 10 artist, its about half a million times better.

In response to the most popular feature request from our Members we are going to add Member to Member messaging! Which simply means you can send a message to your friends via Music Hawk.  We can't wait to use it ourselves so we promise to keep bugging our programming team to "code faster" everyday.  There is much more in the works so watch our blog for the latest!

We're going to be out at the The Kazem on Saturday Feb. 4th with free t-shirts for Music Hawk newbies.  Birdmonster the headliner is quite the rage in San Francisco and is getting some coverage from Live 105.  Make to sure to add these bands to your favorite band list to spread the word.
